Assembly manufacturing is a common and efficient practice in the development and manufacture of new machines and products. Many different new components are required for a new product. Instead of developing each part individually and manufacturing it individually, parts are used that you can also use in other products, so-called assemblies. The fact that you can use the same component in different products saves you a lot of time and money. Because you only have to develop one part and can then manufacture it in larger series. - High-quality surface grinding: For maximum dimensional and geometrical accuracy as well as surface quality up to 600 x 300 x 400 mm.
- Specialized pressing & rolling: Machining of rotationally symmetrical components (Ø3-25 mm, wall thickness up to 1 mm) with a repeat accuracy of ±0.05 mm.
- Professional assembly: We take over the assembly of your assemblies as soon as all components are available.
- Delivery of assembled products: You will receive your fully assembled products directly from us.
- Comprehensive post-treatment: We offer further work and post-treatment, such as electrical wiring.
