Inside Technical Sales Manager (f/m/d)
Fichter formtec GmbH – Eichstetten
We are looking for an office and field sales representative to join our team and inspire our customers with customized solutions. You will contribute to the acquisition of complex projects, from the first inquiry to the order.
Requirements profile:
- A successfully completed degree in a technical or business field (e.g. industrial engineering)
- Technical understanding
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting
- Team player with a communicative, open and friendly demeanor
- Solution-oriented approach and reliable and systematic way of working
- Independent and decisive action
- IT skills (MS Office, ERP, etc.)
- Good knowledge of German, English
- Willingness to undertake occasional business trips
Tasks:
- Continuous maintenance and expansion of the sales pipeline
- You identify potential new customers (leads) via telephone, e-mail and LinkedIn.
- You check the leads and book qualified meetings
- You use pre-qualified leads to conduct in-depth conversations and convert prospects into paying customers
- You present offers and conduct contract negotiations
- You receive customer inquiries, which you evaluate technically and commercially
- On the basis of customer inquiries, you prepare quotations and advise the customer on technical solutions
